1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the E-Technophile website and enrolling in our WordPress + AI Workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or register for the session.

2. Workshop Enrollment

Your enrollment is confirmed only after the successful payment of the ₹99 fee. This fee grants you access to the live workshop on March 29th, the session recording, and all digital templates provided during the class. Access details will be shared via the provided email/phone number.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the workshop, including slides, screen recordings, templates, and guides, are owned by E-Technophile. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these materials. You may not resell, redistribute, or use these materials for commercial gain without explicit written consent.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Given the low-cost nature of this entry-level workshop (₹99) and the immediate allocation of resources, we do not typically offer refunds. However, as part of our 100% Value Guarantee, if you feel the session was not valuable, we offer a "No Questions Asked" refund process by the end of the session.

5. Limitation of Liability

E-Technophile provide educational guidance. We do not guarantee specific income, job placements, or business results. Your success is dependent on your own effort and implementation of the skills taught.
